Description
The Kodak Baby Hawkeye in good condition, and has original postage carton, with false bottom that hides the canvas carrying strap, plus disintegrating instructions.
The lens assembly is different to other example. It also differs in that the other did not have the fixing for a strap, and the box was shorter as it did not include the false bottom for the strap either.
It has the original corrugated cardboard postage carton. The address label is incomplete, and it is not possible to work out who supplied the camera. The postage mark is also indistinct.
The original instructions are contained in the box, consisting of four square double-sided sheets, which originally were presumably joined together but are no longer. Lots of tiny creases and one tear, but still readable.

Description
This example is in good condition, and has original postage carton. Unfortunately it is not possible to discern who might have sent the camera out as most of the address label has been ripped off.
This has some minor differences in construction when compared with #225. This example does not have the strap fixings and the box is smaller as no strap is included.
Notes
This is one of several simple box cameras for 127 rollfilm that were produced by Kodak Ltd to support premium schemes. As far as I know, this camera was not shown in the catalogues of the time. Other examples of premium box cameras produced by Kodak Ltd are the Hawkeye Ace and Hawkeye Ace De Luxe.
The camera is not listed in Coe [4] as the Hawkeye range are excluded from the scope of the book.
