Description
The No 2 Hawk-Eye Special box camera has an attractive embossed design into the imitation fine grained leather covering, which discriminates it from the plainer conventional Hawk-Eye models.
This camera is in exceptionally good condition, having come from another collector.
The camera is complete with its instruction booklet, Picture
Taking with the Nos 2 and 2A Hawk-Eye Cameras Special
, which is in
very good order. A date of February 1928 is printed inside the
front page.
Notes
I have only seen a few examples of this camera, but they are easily mistaken for the conventional and much more common standard Hawk-Eye box camera, particularly if a seller only provides poor quality or low resolution images.
