This model consists of cottage No 16 "with moulded plaster decoration", produced by Mudlen End Studio as part of the numbered series, with a local For Sale sign and attached to an ash tray base. The base itself is marked "Wattisfield Ware", and was produced by Henry Watson pottery in Wattisfield, Suffolk.

The yellow For Sale sign is advertising the services of estate agent and auctioneer "Chas Boardman & Sons", based in Haverhill and Clare.

Notes

The model is very difficult to find [Scarce], and is one of only two examples I have seen.
