No 6 Merchants House

Numbered Series

This cottage is number 6 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is referred to as the Merchants House.

The group of 4 smaller pictures in the grid below show other shots of this example of the Mudlen Merchants House. Note that this example carries the Country Cottages mark on the base and came as part of Country Cottages Set B.

Another example of cottage number 6 in the numbered series is shown below. The illustrates the variation in the paint finish that can be found between models of the same number. This example has much thicker paint lines for the timber frame and, in my opinion, suffers for it.

 

Notes

The basic model, as shown here, is quite easy to find [Common], but is also available in other colours, notably red [Uncommon].
