No 43 The Corn Hall

Numbered Series

This cottage is number 43 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is identified in the Mudlen brochure as "The Corn Hall".

Notes

The Corn Hall is the only model in the numbered series that does not have a flat base. For some reason it was made with a raised edge around the perimeter of the base, as can be seen in the photo in the group of four above.

This example of the Corn Hall is slightly unusual in that it carries the Mudlen End backstamp. Many of the later models in the numbered series do not carry a backstamp at all, as with my example of the Noncomformist Chapel and a number of others.

This model is difficult to find [Hard to Find], and is only found in this grey stone finish as far as I am aware, although the colour of the stonework and roof can vary.
