No 32 The Crooked House
This cottage is number 32 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is identified in the Mudlen brochure as "The Crooked House, Lavenham, Suffolk".
The group of 4 smaller pictures in the grid below show other shots of this example of the Mudlen Crooked House.
This is one of few models in the numbered series that are identified as being representative of a known building or location.
The Crooked House is a building that can be found in Lavenham, Suffolk and is immediately recognisable, although the last time I visited the town in 2009, the Crooked House had been painted in a peach coloured wash.
There is also a version of this model that carries a green stamp on the side identifying the model by name [Scarce].
This model is fairly easy to find [Uncommon], and is only found in this white finish as far as I am aware, although the roof colour can vary. The version of this model that carries the green side stamp identifying the model by name is quite difficult to find [Hard to Find].
