This cottage is number 28 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is identified in the Mudlen brochure as "The village school with bell tower".

This model is fairly easy to find [Uncommon], and is available in many different colourways, although none seem to be identified as themed colours (red, blue etc.).
