This cottage is number 13 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is identified in the Mudlen brochure as a Large Timbered House, "with two chimneys".

Notes

This model is quite easy to find [Common], and is available in a variety of colours, such as red, pink [Uncommon] and blue, the latter being one of the more difficult to find [Hard to Find].

This model also forms the basis of one the Great Storm models, celebrating the hurricane of October 16, 1987. These models are quite difficult to find [Scarce].
