This cottage is number 12 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is identified in the Mudlen brochure as the a Town House, "occupied by a wealthy wool merchant".

Notes

This model is quite easy to find [Common], and is available in a variety of colours, such as red, brown [Uncommon] and blue, the latter being one of the more difficult to find [Hard to Find].
