This cottage is number 10 in the numbered series of cottages produced by Mudlen End Studio and is referred to as the Labourers Cottage, which the Mudlen End brochure reproduced in the Collectors Guide produced by S B Carphlaughey describes as "having a useful porch for hanging pheasants".

This model is quite easy to find [Common], and is available in a number of other colours, notably red [Hard to Find], and green [Scarce].
