Flanders Cottage

French Series

This cottage is one of six in a series of French models produced by Mudlen End Studio, identified on the base as "Flanders".

The group of 4 smaller pictures in the grid below show other shots of this example of the Grannies Cottage Money Box made by Mudlen End Studio.

I am able to assign a name to this cottage in the series as it is stamped onto the base. However there is limited information available about the rest of cottages in the series. I have another unknown model that has no stamp. The excellent reference guide produced by S. B. Carphlaughey identifies a third in the set called "Alsace". The remainder have as yet to be seen. If you have any further information, please let me know.

Notes

The model is very difficult to find [Scarce], and as far as I am aware, is not available in other colour variations.
